Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 4 tsp
- vinegar - 3 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- chopped celery
- mustard - 3 Tbsp
- salad dressing - 3 c
- potatoes - 12 c
- eggs, hard-boiled - 12 item
How to make potato salad:
Cook and shred potatoes; cool. Put potatoes, eggs, onions and celery in a large bowl. Mix rest of ingredients and pour over potatoes. Mix well. Let set overnight. It is important that potatoes are shredded, such as shoestring, rather than just cubed.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Potato.
