Sweet potato puff
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- miniature marshmallows - 1 item
- butter, melted - 1/4 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- mashed, cooked sweet potatoes - 3 c
- evaporated milk 6 oz - 2/3 c
How to make sweet potato puff:
Combine potatoes, milk, sugar, butter, egg and salt. Mix well. Pour into 1-quart casserole. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Top with marshmallows. Broil until marshmallows are lightly browned. (Be careful, marshmallows brown in seconds.)Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Yam/sweet potato.
