  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • nutmeg - 1 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • Cool Whip - 1 item
  • pie crust - 1 item
  • to 4 sweet potatoes - 3 item

How to make sweet potato pie:

Cook potatoes until done. Mash in a blender. Add butter, cinnamon, egg and nutmeg. Pour into pie shell. Cook at 350° for 30 minutes or until crust is done. Cool; top with whipped cream and serve.
