Oatmeal chocolate chip cookies
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- granulated sugar - 1/2 c
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- all-purpose flour
- firmly packed brown sugar
- oatmeal
- 2 c - 12 oz
- 2 sticks butter or margarine, softened - 1 c
How to make oatmeal chocolate chip cookies:
Preheat oven to 375°. Beat margarine and sugars until creamy. Add eggs, milk and vanilla; beat well. Add flour, baking soda and salt and mix well. Stir in oatmeal and chocolate chips; mix well. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9 to 10 minutes. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet, then remove to wire rack. Cool completely.
