Oatmeal chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 2 tsp
• granulated sugar - 1/2 c
• milk - 2 Tbsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• all-purpose flour
• firmly packed brown sugar
• oatmeal
• 2 c - 12 oz
• 2 sticks butter or margarine, softened - 1 c

How to make oatmeal chocolate chip cookies:

Preheat oven to 375°. Beat margarine and sugars until creamy. Add eggs, milk and vanilla; beat well. Add flour, baking soda and salt and mix well. Stir in oatmeal and chocolate chips; mix well. Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9 to 10 minutes. Cool 1 minute on cookie sheet, then remove to wire rack. Cool completely. Yields about 4 dozen cookies.
