Ingredients/Components

  • sugar
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1/4 c
  • stick margarine - 1/2 item
  • mashed sweet potatoes - 2 c

How to make sweet potato pie:

Mix all the ingredients together until blended. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes or until set. This can be put in an unbaked pie shell or into a pie plate without a shell. If potatoes are too sweet, 1 cup of sugar might be enough.
