Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 3/4 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- stick butter - 1/4 item
- white sugar - 3/4 c
- crushed corn flakes - 3/4 c
- can sweet potatoes - 1 oz
How to make sweet potato delight:
Mix ingredients well. Spread evenly over potatoes and bake 10 minutes at 400°. Serves 6 to 8.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Breakfast, Yam/sweet potato.
