  • sugar - 1 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour - 1/3 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • melted margarine - 1/3 c
  • mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c
  • margarine do not melt - 1/2 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Mix mashed sweet potatoes, sugar, melted margarine and vanilla together. Mix with mixer until fluffy. Pour into casserole dish.

Topping: Mix flour, brown sugar, chopped nuts and margarine. Crumble over top. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
