  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • flour - 1/3 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • melted margarine - 1/3 c
  • mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Mix mashed potatoes, butter, eggs, milk, vanilla and sugar. Put in casserole dish. Top with nuts, brown sugar, flour, melted butter mixed together. Spoon over the potato mixture. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
