  • sugar - 3 c
  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • coconut - 1 c
  • eggs, well beaten - 4 item
  • small can evaporated milk - 1 item
  • drained crushed pineapple - 1 c
  • sticks butter, melted - 2 item
  • cooked, mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Mix well and place in 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Just before removing from oven, top with miniature marshmallows and brown.
