- sugar - 2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- chopped nuts
- coconut
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1 c
- all-purpose flour - 3 c
- grated zucchini - 3 c
- raisins optional - 1/4 c
- eggs, well beaten - 3 item
How to make zucchini bread:
Combine eggs, sugar, zucchini and oil. Mix well. Add vanilla, flour, salt, soda, baking powder and cinnamon; stir until well blended. Stir in nuts, coconut and raisins. Pour into 2 lightly greased and floured 5 x 9-inch loaf pans. Bake at 325° toRecipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Sweet.
