Sweet potato casserole
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- coconut - 1 c
- white sugar - 1 c
- stick oleo, melted - 1/3 item
- Add all ingredients to potatoes
- medium sweet potatoes, boiled with skins and ends cut off - 4 item
- chopped medium pecans or walnuts - 1 c
How to make sweet potato casserole:
Skin potatoes while hot and mash. Add all ingredients to potatoes. Mix thoroughly and pour into a well-greased, 2-quart baking dish.Topping:1 c. light brown sugar1 c. chopped medium pecans or walnuts1/2 c. flour1/3 stick oleo, melted1 c. coconut Mix topping well and sprinkle over casserole.
