  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 1/3 c
  • large eggs - 2 item
  • soft butter - 1/4 c
  • light brown sugar
  • white sugar - 1/2 c
  • hot mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1/2 c. light brown sugar1/3 c. flour1 c. chopped pecans3 Tbsp. soft butter Combine potatoes, sugar, salt, eggs, vanilla and milk. Place in greased 1 1/2-quart dish.

For topping, combine sugar, flour, pecans and butter. Crumble all up and place on top. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
