  • sugar - 1 c
  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • brown sugar
  • nuts - 1 c
  • stick butter, melted - 1/3 item
  • self-rising flour - 1/3 c
  • stick melted butter - 1/3 item
  • cooked sweet potatoes, mashed - 3 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1 c. brown sugar1 c. nuts1/3 stick butter, melted1/3 c. self-rising flour Mix topping all together and top casserole.

Mix first 8 ingredients together and beat 5 minutes. Pour into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Cover with topping. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.
