  • milk - 1/3 c
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • light brown sugar - 1 c
  • sweet potatoes - 3 c
  • Mix in sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla and milk

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Boil and mash potatoes. Mix in sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla and milk. Put in 13 x 9-inch baking dish.Topping:1/3 c. melted butter1 c. light brown sugar Melt butter and mix in remaining ingredients. Sprinkle on top of potato mixture. Bake 25 min
