Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- self-rising flour - 1/2 c
- cream - 1/2 c
- cooked sweet potatoes or yams - 1 qt
How to make sweet potato casserole:
Mix eggs, milk, vanilla and sugar; add flour and mix thoroughly. Now, add sweet potatoes; pour in pan or bowl and bake at 350° for about 30 to 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
