Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar
- water
- white sugar
- stick margarine or butter - 1 item
- cornstarch, mixed with 1/4 c - 2 Tbsp
- large cans sweet potatoes, drained - 2 item
How to make sweet potato casserole:
Bring the first 5 ingredients to a boil. Place the potatoes in a well-greased casserole dish. Pour the boiling liquid over the potatoes. Bake 45 minutes in a 375° preheated oven. (About 2/3 of potatoes should be in or covered by liquid mixture.)Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Casseroles.
