  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • melted margarine - 1/2 c
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • baking soda - 1/3 tsp
  • margarine - 1/2 c
  • cooked and mashed sweet potatoes - 6 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Mix sweet potatoes, 1 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup margarine, eggs and vanilla all together and put in baking dish. Top with mixture of remaining ingredients. Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.
