  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour - 1/4 c
  • brown sugar
  • margarine - 1/3 c
  • softened margarine - 1/3 c
  • cooked and mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1 c. brown sugar1/4 c. flour1/3 c. margarine1 c. chopped pecans Combine all ingredients; pour into an 8 x 12-inch pan.

Topping: Mix ingredients together; sprinkle mixture over potato mixture in pan. Cook at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
