  • sugar - 1 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • milk - 1/4 c
  • flour - 1/3 c
  • brown sugar
  • melted margarine - 1/2 c
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • margarine - 1/2 c
  • mashed sweet potatoes - 3 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1 c. brown sugar1 c. chopped pecans1/3 c. flour1/2 c. melted margarine Mix the first 6 ingredients and place in baking dish.

For topping, mix the brown sugar, flour and pecans. Spread over sweet potato mixture. Drizzle melted margarine over topping. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
