  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 1/2 c
  • flour - 1/3 c
  • stick margarine - 1/2 item
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • nuts, chopped - 1 c
  • stick margarine, melted - 1 item
  • sweet potatoes, mashed - 3 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Combine the sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, 1 stick margarine, vanilla and milk and mix well. Put into a greased 2-quart casserole. Combine remaining ingredients and add to the top of the first mixture. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
