Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 Tbsp
  • milk - 1/3 c
  • flour
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • brown sugar - 1 c
  • nuts - 1 c
  • margarine - 1/3 c
  • mashed sweet potatoes about 5 medium potatoes, boiled - 3 c

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Optional Topping:1/3 c. flour1 c. brown sugar1/3 c. margarine1/3 c. milk1 c. nuts Mix all ingredients and pour into casserole dish. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes. Add marshmallows on top and broil until light brown.

Or, mix optional topping ingredients (instead of marshmallows). Pour over unbaked casserole and bake for 30 minutes at 325°.
