  • vanilla - 1/4 tsp
  • milk - 1 c
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • cornstarch - 3 Tbsp
  • coconut - 1/2 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • mashed potatoes - 2 c
  • Topping:1 large can pineapple
  • small bottle chopped cherries, drained - 1 item

How to make sweet potato casserole:

Topping:1 large can pineapple1 c. sugar1 small bottle chopped cherries, drained3 Tbsp. cornstarch Mix the potatoes, sugar, egg, etc. and bake in buttered casserole dish for 45 minutes at 350°. Mix topping ingredients in saucepan; boil for 2 minutes and pour over the potatoes, then put back in oven for a few minutes.
