Sweet dill pickles
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3 c
- vinegar - 2/3 c
- jar hamburger dill pickles - 1 qt
How to make sweet dill pickles:
Drain juice from pickles; rinse with cold water. Bring vinegar and sugar to boil; boil for 5 minutes. Pour hot syrup over dill pickles. Refrigerate overnight before using. Keep refrigerated.Recipe categories: Condiments, etc., Water baths, Heirloom/historical.
