Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- granulated sugar - 1 c
- cocoa - 1 Tbsp
- powdered sugar - 1 item
- quick cooking rolled oats - 2 c
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- cold coffee - 3 Tbsp
How to make swedish snowballs:
In a large mixing bowl, stir together the oats, sugar, cocoa, cold coffee and vanilla. Add 1 stick margarine (melted); blend well. Shape into balls and roll in powdered sugar.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Rolled cookies.
