- vanilla - 2 tsp
- large eggs - 6 item
- Rainbow sugar
- Rainbow shortening - 1 c
- Rainbow all-purpose flour - 2 c
How to make old fashioned pound cake:
Cream sugar, vanilla and shortening until fluffy. Add eggs, alternately with flour. Beat until well blended. Pour into well-greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3 1/2-inch loaf pan. Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours or until done. Cool about 10 minutes on wireRecipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, For large groups.
