  • sugar - 1 c
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • egg whites - 2 item
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • pecans - 4 c

How to make swedish pecans:

Heat pecans thoroughly. Whip egg whites and salt. Add sugar gradually. Mix nuts and egg whites. Drop into pan which butter has been melted. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
