- sugar - 1 c
- pinch of salt - 1 item
- egg whites - 2 item
- stick butter - 1 item
- pecans - 4 c
How to make swedish pecans:
Heat pecans thoroughly. Whip egg whites and salt. Add sugar gradually. Mix nuts and egg whites. Drop into pan which butter has been melted. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Low sodium.
