Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- butter - 6 Tbsp
- oil - 1 tsp
- powdered sugar optional - 1 item
- jam - 1 item
How to make swedish pancakes:
Melt the butter in the skillet. Turn off the heat. Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl. Use a wire whisk to beat the mixture for 2 minutes. Add 1/2 cup milk to the eggs, then add the flour to egg mixture all at once, and use wooden spoon to beat mixture until smooth. Beat in the remaining 1 1/2 cups milk, add the melted butter, salt and cinnamon. Add the oil to the skillet.
