Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped pecans - 1/2 c
  • soda - 2 tsp
  • can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • powdered sugar
  • self-rising flour - 2 c
  • Put in 9 x 13-inch pan

How to make swedish nut cake:

Mix all together by hand or mixer on low. Put in 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.Frosting:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 stick butter1 3/4 c. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla1/2 c. chopped pecans Cream ingredients together; spread on hot cake.
