Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- soda - 2 tsp
- can crushed pineapple - 1 oz
- stick butter - 1 item
- powdered sugar
- self-rising flour - 2 c
- Put in 9 x 13-inch pan
How to make swedish nut cake:
Mix all together by hand or mixer on low. Put in 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 35 to 45 minutes.Frosting:1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese1 stick butter1 3/4 c. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla1/2 c. chopped pecans Cream ingredients together; spread on hot cake.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Breads.
