- sugar - 2 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- soda - 2 tsp
- powdered sugar
- self-rising flour - 2 c
- margarine - 1/2 c
- crushed pineapple with juice - 2 c
- Frosting:8 oz
How to make pineapple cake:
Mix well and bake at 350° for 35 minutes in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.Frosting:8 oz. cream cheese, softened1/2 c. margarine1 1/2 c. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla Mix well until smooth. Frost cake. Sprinkle with 1 cup chopped nuts.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Pineapple.
