  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • soda - 2 tsp
  • powdered sugar
  • self-rising flour - 2 c
  • margarine - 1/2 c
  • crushed pineapple with juice - 2 c
  • Frosting:8 oz

How to make pineapple cake:

Mix well and bake at 350° for 35 minutes in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.Frosting:8 oz. cream cheese, softened1/2 c. margarine1 1/2 c. powdered sugar1 tsp. vanilla Mix well until smooth. Frost cake. Sprinkle with 1 cup chopped nuts.
