- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- flour - 1 c
- melted butter - 3/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- to 6 tart apples - 5 item
How to make swedish apple pie:
Fill 9-inch pie pan 2/3 full of peeled and sliced apples. Combine 1 tablespoon sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over apples. Mix together 1 cup sugar, flour, nuts, butter, vanilla and egg. Spoon this mixture over apples and pat down. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Top with whipped cream to serve.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
