Super easy shepherd's pie
Ingredients/Components
- butter - 2 T
- ground beef - 1 lb
- jar beef gravy - 1 item
- envelope Lipton beefy onion soup mix - 1 item
- small can baby peas - 1 item
- Bob Evans mashed potatoes - 1 pkg
How to make super easy shepherd's pie:
Brown ground beef in skillet; drain well. Stir beefy onion soup mix and gravy into cooked ground beef. Stir in peas. Spray a 2-quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Spoon mixture into baking dish and top with mashed potatoes. Dot potatoes with small pieces of butter. Bake at 400° for 30 minutes, until heated through and potatoes start to brown slightly.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, One Dish meal.
