- lean hamburger
- mild sausage - 1 lb
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes with chilies
- can Veg-All
- cans Ranch-Style beans
How to make hodge-podge:
Brown meats; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients along with water or tomato juice--enough to achieve desired thickness. May also add any other ingredients which seem compatible. Simmer to blend flavors. Makes around four quarts, depending.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
