Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • butter - 4 Tbsp
  • cornstarch - 2 tsp
  • ginger - 1/2 tsp
  • orange juice - 1/2 c
  • to 10 carrots, sliced and cooked - 5 item

How to make sunshine carrots:

Boil all above ingredients (except carrots and butter) for 1 minute. Add butter. Pour glaze over hot, cooked carrots.
