How to make sunflower bread:

Combine water, 2 cups of white flour, yeast and sugar. Beat with mixer at low speed for 3 minutes. Cover and let rise until double (30 minutes). Dough will be spongy. Stir in wheat flour, dry milk, oats, butter, honey and salt. Mix. Add nuts and mix in as much white flour as you can with a spoon. Knead on a floured surface and add remaining flour to make a fairly stiff dough (6 to 8 minutes). Shape in bowl. Place in greased bowl; turn once. Cover and let rise until double (30 to 45 minutes).

Punch down dough. Turn onto floured surface. Divide in half. Cover and rest for 10 minutes. Shape in loaves and put in 2 greased 8 x 4 x 2-inch pans. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes. Bake in 375° oven for 35 minutes. Remove from pans and cool on racks.
