- shredded carrots - 1 c
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- yellow squash, sliced - 6 c
- stuffing mix seasoned - 1 (8
How to make summer squash casserole:
Cook squash and onion for 5 minutes; drain. Combine chicken soup and sour cream. Stir in shredded carrots. Add squash and onions. Mix stuffing and butter together. Put half of stuffing on the bottom.
