  • sour cream - 8 oz
  • butter - 1/2 c
  • shredded carrots - 1 c
  • chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • yellow squash, sliced - 6 c
  • stuffing mix seasoned - 1 (8

How to make summer squash casserole:

Cook squash and onion for 5 minutes; drain. Combine chicken soup and sour cream. Stir in shredded carrots. Add squash and onions. Mix stuffing and butter together. Put half of stuffing on the bottom. Add the rest to the top of casserole. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
