Peach cobbler
Ingredients/Components
- sliced peaches
- sugar - 1/3 c
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- Bisquick - 1 c
- milk - 1/3 c
- melted butter - 2 Tbsp
- sugar for topping - 2 Tbsp
How to make peach cobbler:
Mix together 1/3 cup sugar and cornstarch. Add peach slices and coat well. Cook peach mixture in a saucepan over medium heat until peaches are tender and mixture is thickened. Stir frequently; set aside. Mix together Bisquick, milk, 2 tablespoons of sugar and melted butter until stiff. Can add 1 more tablespoon of milk if mixture is too stiff. Pour peach mixture into greased casserole. Pour Bisquick mixture on top in dollops. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of sugar over top of cobbler.
