Sugar cookies

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• granulated sugar - 1 c
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour - 4 c
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• powdered sugar - 1 c
• margarine - 1 c
• cream of tartar - 1 tsp
• Mazola oil - 1 c

How to make sugar cookies:

Cream butter and sugar together. Add Mazola and mix. Add eggs and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together. Add to sugar mixture. Roll in small balls and roll in white sugar. Press with glass or fork. Bake at 375° for 8 to 10 minutes. Yields 8 dozen.
