Sugar cookies

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• granulated sugar - 1 c
• salt - 1 tsp
• flour
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• vegetable oil - 1 c
• powdered sugar - 1 c
• margarine - 1 c
• cream of tartar - 1 tsp

How to make sugar cookies:

Cream together margarine, vegetable oil, both sugars and vanilla. Add eggs. Beat until fluffy. Mix flour, salt, baking soda and cream of tartar and add to creamed mixture. Mix until smooth.

Make into balls and roll in sugar. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and press with glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 350° for 12 minutes. Yields 100 cookies.
