eggs - 2 item
vanilla - 1 tsp
granulated sugar - 1 c
salt - 1 tsp
flour - 4 c
baking soda - 1 tsp
vegetable oil - 1 c
powdered sugar - 1 c
margarine - 1 c
cream of tartar - 1 tsp

How to make super sugar cookies:

In a large bowl, combine margarine, oil and granulated sugar. Beat until creamy; add powdered sugar, vanilla and eggs. Mix well. Sift soda, flour, cream of tartar and salt; add to other ingredients. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Roll dough into 1-inch balls. Put on lightly greased cookie sheet and flatten with a fork. Bake at 350° for about 12 to 15 minutes. Yields about 100 cookies.
