Sugar cookies

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• oleo - 1 c
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• powdered sugar - 1 c
• oil - 1 c
• eggs, beaten - 2 item
• plain flour - 4 c
• cream of tartar - 1 tsp
• soda - 1 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp

How to make sugar cookies:

Sift the last 4 ingredients together. Mix all well and make small balls. Flatten out with hands on cookie sheet. This is easier if you put it in the refrigerator to harden. Bake at 325° for 10 to 12 minutes. Do not overbake.
