  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • milk - 3 c
  • egg yolks - 2 item
  • melted butter - 1/3 c
  • dash of salt - 1 item
  • Press into 9-inch pie pan, saving 1/2 cup crumbs for topping
  • Add all other ingredients together

How to make graham cracker cream pie:

Mix all together. Press into 9-inch pie pan, saving 1/2 cup crumbs for topping. Bake at 375° for 7 minutes.Filling:1 large box vanilla pudding (not instant)3 c. milk2 egg yolks dash of salt1/4 c. sugar Beat egg yolks, adding small amount of milk. Add all other ingredients together. Stir to keep from sticking and let boil 1 minute. Pour into baked pie shell. Beat meringue and put on top.Meringue:2 egg whites, stiffly beaten dash of salt2 Tbsp. sugar1 tsp. vanilla Bake at 400° for 5 to 7 minutes.
