Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs
- sugar - 1/4 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 3 c
- egg yolks - 2 item
- melted butter - 1/3 c
- dash of salt - 1 item
- Press into 9-inch pie pan, saving 1/2 cup crumbs for topping
- Add all other ingredients together
How to make graham cracker cream pie:
Mix all together. Press into 9-inch pie pan, saving 1/2 cup crumbs for topping. Bake at 375° for 7 minutes.Filling:1 large box vanilla pudding (not instant)3 c. milk2 egg yolks dash of salt1/4 c. sugar Beat egg yolks, adding small amount of milk. Add all other ingredients together. Stir to keep from sticking and let boil 1 minute. Pour into baked pie shell. Beat meringue and put on top.Meringue:2 egg whites, stiffly beaten dash of salt2 Tbsp. sugar1 tsp. vanilla Bake at 400° for 5 to 7 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
