Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- Chablis - 1 c
- slices bacon - 6 item
- dried marjoram - 1/2 tsp
- summer squash - 8 item
How to make stuffed summer squash:
Stem and hollow out center of squash. Reserve pulp. Be careful not to cut through the sides or bottom of squash. Cook bacon until crisp. Drain and crumble.
