Pumpkin crisp
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- chopped nuts - 1 c
- can evaporated milk - 1 oz
- can pumpkin - 1 oz
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- cream cheese room temperature
- sticks margarine, melted - 2 item
- medium tub Cool Whip - 1 item
How to make pumpkin crisp:
Frosting:8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)1 medium tub Cool Whip Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with wax paper. Mix the pumpkin, milk, sugar, eggs and cinnamon together. Pour into pan. Sprinkle cake mix over top of mixture. Spoon melted margarine over nuts and dry cake mixture. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes. Invert cake onto tray; peel off wax paper. Cool and frost.Frosting: Mix together. Frost when cool. Real good; does not taste like pumpkin.
