Ingredients/Components
- soy sauce - 1/4 c
- onions, chopped finely - 1/2 lb
- ground pork - 1 lb
- celery, chopped finely - 1 item
- shrimp, chopped finely - 1 lb
- bok choy, chopped finely - 1 item
- bean sprouts, chopped finely - 1 item
- carrots, chopped finely - 1 item
- won ton wrappers found in produce department - 1 item
How to make lumpia:
Brown pork and drain. Mix all ingredients, except wrappers. Take a heaping tablespoon and roll in won ton wrapper according to package directions. Deep-fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Asian, Filipino.
