- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1 c
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- chopped parsley - 1/4 c
- seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
- container Ricotta cheese - 1 (15
- can prepared spaghetti sauce - 1 oz
- to 20 pasta shells - 15 item
How to make stuffed shells:
In a medium bowl, combine egg, cheeses, parsley, salt and pepper. Cook and drain pasta according to package directions. Rinse and drain. Spoon cheese mixture into pasta shells. Arrange in a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish. Cover pasta shells with sauce. Bake in a 350° oven for 30 minutes.This feeds 3 to 4. Double the recipe for larger groups.
