- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1 lb
- chopped parsley - 1 item
- container Ricotta cheese - 1 (15
- lasagna - 1/2 lb
- jar onion and garlic pasta sauce - 1 item
How to make spinach lasagna:
Prepare lasagna to package directions; drain. In a medium bowl, combine Ricotta cheese, spinach, 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese and eggs. Mix well. In a 15 x 9-inch baking dish, layer sauce, lasagna and then more sauce. Then all the spinach mixture, half the remaining Mozzarella cheese, then a layer of lasagna and sauce. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Uncover and top with the remaining Mozzarella cheese and parsley.
