How to make spinach lasagna:

Prepare lasagna according to package directions; drain. In large saucepan, heat oil. Add onion and garlic; cook until tender. Stir in spaghetti sauce. Simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes. In medium bowl, combine Ricotta, spinach, 1/2 cup Mozzarella, Parmesan and eggs.

In a 15 x 9-inch baking dish, layer 2 cups of sauce, 1/2 the lasagna, 1/2 the remaining sauce, all of the spinach mixture, 1/2 of the remaining Mozzarella, remaining lasagna and sauce. Cover; bake in a 350° oven until bubbly, about 45 minutes. Uncover. Top with remaining Mozzarella and parsley. Bake for 15 minutes. Let stand for at least 10 minutes before serving. Yields 12 to 15 servings.
