Stuffed shells
Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- hamburger - 1 lb
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- parsley - 1/4 c
- Mozzarella cheese - 8 oz
- Italian bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- salt & pepper - 1 item
- giant shells - 18 item
- 15 1/2 oz jars spaghetti sauce - 2 item
How to make stuffed shells:
Brown hamburger, onions and garlic. Drain. Cool. Stir in Mozzarella cheese, bread crumbs, egg, parsley, salt and pepper. Cook shells and drain. Stuff shells with meat mixture. Spoon 1/4 of the sauce in 9 x 13 baking dish. Place shells on top, pour rest of sauce over shells. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
