Baked spaghetti
Ingredients/Components
- onion, chopped - 1 c
- green pepper - 1 c
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- can tomatoes - 1 oz
- can mushrooms - 1 item
- small can ripe olives, sliced - 1 item
- oregano - 2 tsp
- hamburger optional - 1 lb
- spaghetti cooked - 12 oz
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- water - 1/4 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
How to make baked spaghetti:
In a large skillet saut?© onion and green pepper in butter until tender. Add tomatoes, mushrooms, olives and oregano, add hamburger. Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes. Put 1/2 of the spaghetti in a greased 9 X 13 pan. Top with 1/2 vegetable mixture, sprinkle with 4 oz. cheese, repeat layers. Mix the soup and water until smooth, pour over casserole. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Pasta, Main dish, Spaghetti.
