Stuffed potatoes
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- stick butter, melted - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- small onion - 1 item
- chives - 2 tsp
- baking potatoes - 8 item
- cheese, shredded
- bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled - 1/2 lb
How to make stuffed potatoes:
Rinse potatoes off and place on oven rack. Bake until done and skin is hard. Remove from oven; cut open down middle. Take spoon and scoop out inside, being careful not to tear skin. Mix the insides with the rest of ingredients in a large bowl. Put mixture back into potato skins; place on a cookie sheet.
